Privacy Policy
Basic concepts
Website – the website of Tocan Solutions, located on the Internet at: www.tocan.com.ua Website Administration – all questions can be sent to sales@tocan.com.ua or by phone 095 269-18-29 User – an individual or legal entity that has posted their personal information using the Feedback Form on the website in order to transfer data to the Website Administration.
Feedback Form – a special form where the User places his personal information to transfer data to the Site Administration.
General provisions
- This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals and legal entities using the Feedback Form on the Website.
- The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure the proper protection of information about the User, including his personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
- Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of user information are governed by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine, the European Union.
- The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document developed by the Website Administration and is available to any Internet User by clicking on the hypertext link “Privacy Policy”.
- The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
- When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Website Administration shall notify the User by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Website www.tocan.com.ua.
- By using the Feedback Form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the User.
Terms and purposes of collection and processing of personal data of users

Storage and use of personal data of users
- The User’s personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and is used strictly for the purpose specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.
Transfer of personal data of users
- The User’s personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy, specified in the consent to the newsletter.
- The provision of the User’s personal data at the request of state authorities, local governments is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the country.
Terms of storage and destruction of personal data of users
- The User’s personal data is stored on the electronic medium of the website indefinitely.
- The User’s personal data shall be destroyed at the request of the User on the basis of his/her request or on the initiative of the Website Administrator without giving any reasons by deleting the information posted by the User by the Website Administration.
Rights and obligations of users
- Users have the right, upon request, to receive information from the Website Administration regarding the processing of their personal data.
Measures to protect user information
- The Website Administrator shall take technical and organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
User feedback
- The User has the right to send his/her requests to the Website Administration, including those regarding the use/deletion of his/her personal data, as provided for in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy, in writing to the address specified in clause 1.
- The request sent by the User shall contain the following information: for an individual:
- number of the main identity document of the User or his/her representative;
- information on the date of issuance of the said document and the issuing authority;
- the date of registration via the Feedback Form;
- the text of the request in free form;
- signature of the User or his/her representative. for a legal entity:
- a free-form request on a letterhead;
- date of registration via the Feedback Form;
- the request must be signed by an authorized person with the attachment of documents confirming the person’s authority.
- The Website Administration undertakes to consider and respond to the User’s request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
- All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (written/electronic requests) shall be classified as restricted information and shall not be disclosed without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request may not be used without the special consent of the User except to respond to the subject of the received request or in cases expressly provided for by law.
